利率減少:
1.減輕通貨膨脹/做成通縮
2.增加失業率

cost of present consumption will decrease. By law of demand, when price(cost of present consumption) decrease, quantity demanded(present consumption) increase 長遠來說, 增加消費, 對論壇經濟發展有一定幫助 (?)
